We act as defense counsel and the injured party’s attorney in criminal trials. We act also in preparatory proceedings, including as defense counsels of the suspects and in enforcement proceedings. We prepare motions for temporary release and postponement of punishment execution. We participate in preliminary detention hearings.

We conducted cases of organized crime groups, drug trafficking, batteries and robberies, assaults on public functionaries, motor vehicles thefts, offences against safety in traffic or against sexual liberty. We represented clients in penal-fiscal proceedings, e.g. in tax carousel frauds.
